CareerMate: Recruitment Platform Frontend

CareerMate is a recruitment platform. I built the frontend for it in Astro and Tailwind, and connected it to the CRM the client already runs on.

The CRM integration is the part that does the work. Rather than becoming a second place where candidate data lives, the site talks to their existing system over its API, so recruiters keep working where they already work and nothing has to be kept in sync by hand. Anyone who has watched a company end up with two half-correct candidate databases knows why that matters.

On top of that I added a few AI-driven features to take some of the repetitive reading out of the process.

Most of my client work looks like this in shape: the visible layer plus the connection to whatever system the business already depends on. The integration is usually where the actual value is, even though the frontend is the part people see.
